ABOUT

              Dr. Ted Niejadlik graduated from York University with an Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Health Science. While at York University, Dr. Niejadlik completed the certificate program in Fitness Assessment and Exercise Counselling obtaining the Personal Fitness and Lifestyle Consultant Certification.

              As a certified personal trainer, Dr. Ted worked with the Human Performance Laboratory at York University where he has conducted fitness tests on:

  • Ontario firefighter applicants
  • The Canadian National Special Olympic Team
  • The Ontario Provincial Special Olympic Team
  • The Canadian National Women’s Soccer Team
  • The New York Rangers of the National Hockey League
  • The N.H.L. Entry Draft
  • The Toronto Maple Leafs of the National Hockey League

              Dr. Ted is a graduate of the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto. While attending C.M.C.C., Dr. Ted took an Active Release Technique course that specializes in treating soft tissue injuries. After graduating from C.M.C.C., Dr. Ted completed his Certification in acupuncture from the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute (CAFCI).

               Wanting to provide better care to the growing golf population in Halton Hills, Dr. Ted became a Certified Golf Fitness Instructor (CGFI) through the Titleist Performance Institute. He now conducts 2-D video swing analysis, physical screening and exercise prescription for golfers.

               In 2014, Dr. Ted became a certified Functional Range Release Provider (Lower Limb) and a certified Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist to provide better research-based treatments and exercises for his patients.

               Dr. Ted lives in Georgetown with his wife Meghan and their two children Logan and Riley. You can often find them on weekends hiking on the Bruce Trail, running, cycling and playing sports.
